I come here often on my nights off for a couple drinks and appetizers then occasionally come with friends for dinner but everything I’ve ever had here has been amazing and they always have unique tasty specials. The french onion soup is the best i’ve ever had and my favorite appetizer is by far the bone marrow- I haven’t seen this server anywhere else and it gives a unique experience when they come light it on fire at the table (they do this with several dishes as well as the crème brûlée). I’ve always asked for extra of the little spicy peppers that come on the side that you can sprinkle on because I love things that are extremely spicy. Last time, I asked for extra peppers and the owner actually brought me a whole bag of fresh ones i could take home and dehydrate to make my own as well as some amazing pepper jelly he makes himself. It turns out he personally drives to get these locally from St. Augustine. Thank you again to Terrence, it was super appreciated! The bartenders always make my drinks how I want them and all of the staff here is awesome as well as the food and atmosphere and I couldn’t recommend it more.
Don’t forget to go upstairs and try the new speakeasy for some cocktails!

There are few places in this world that check all the boxes.
The Spott doesn’t even know what boxes are as they are so far outside the box in every aspect of culinary excellence! From their creative cuisine, out of this world chef, amazing staff, and the dedication, loyalty and over the top service from the owners. The Spott in New Smyrna Beach FL with their constantly amazing food has won every kudos from me and this town!

An absolute Gem to NSB! Love the vibes and the wonderful atmosphere, attention to details is perfect. Coming from a Speakeasy area in Tampa this place matches everything and the drinks are fresh and wonderful! Loved every moment, definitely coming back!!!

Took mom here for her birthday dinner and we loved it. Got there a little after 5pm, door opened for us by staff and greeted immediately. We were able to pick where we wanted to sit which I love. First thing I noticed was the music playing. Rufus Du Sol 😍
Their selection of dark rum is amazing. They have my FAVORITE which is Brugal 1888. But I chose Diplomatico which is my 2nd favorite. They made our drinks strong so we were happy.
As an appetizer we had the BBQ pork belly. It has a sweet glaze on it, amazing. I had the filet mignon, medium rare and mom got the big pork chop! The menu was extremely limited but it’s okay. Menus with too many choices stress me out 😂
It got a little loud in there but that’s not the restaurants fault lol. People are loud!
There’s an upstairs that’s supposed to be a speakeasy and bar, definitely want to try it out next time I come, because I will for sure return!

Really great dinner! Everything we had was delicious. The staff was attentive and super friendly but not intrusive at all. We called ahead and the owner even had our 6 top ready for us by the time we arrived.
Definitely one of the best meals we have ever had in the area.
The oyster and rock shrimp appetizer was phenomenal and the pork chop special was some of the best pork we had ever had. And don't miss the mac and cheese. The French onion soup was delicious!
