We stopped by to have lunch since we wanted a good sandwich and so glad we did! They have plenty of outside seating and live music on Saturdays, so it was a pleasant surprise.
Our server was nice, friendly, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions or make suggestions.
We got our order pretty quickly even though they were busy. The do have drink specials too if you are looking for a mimosa or a sangria!
We ordered the tuna wrap (albacore), ham and cheese wrap and 1/2 pastrami (it was huge). You could take half of your wrap since these are pretty big and filled.
We will definitely be back.

Hailing from NYC, I know a thing or two about New York spots. With that said, Pickles definitely reminds me of back home! It has the vibe, feel, and food for true authenticity. I've visited a few times and it's been "all good, ya heard?!"
I've had the Reuben, Brooklyn Reuben, and Philly cheesesteak. All were really good. For the sides, the coleslaw and potato salad weren't good but the cold pasta salad was. If I recall correctly from my first visit, the fries were good. I also tried the Knish because it's been years since I had one but this one wasn't "it." The service has been good all the times I've visited, with the waitresses being helpful, upbeat and helpful. Overall it's a good spot and I'll add it to my "hit list."

What a cool deli! Great menu with something for everyone. Outdoor seating looked very inviting. My pesto turkey sub was amazing, as was the French onion soup. Plenty of fresh hot fries were served with my sub, and the prices on all items seemed very fair (December 2023). I will be back for a Ruben next visit.

My husband is obsessed. He loves sandwiches and he stated the food has a comfort feeling to it and the atmosphere made him feel like he was back up north. Potato salad was good as well!
I was shocked how good the corned beef was, VERY TENDER. Probably one of the best Reubens I've had. Only problem is I wish there was more of it and I wasn't a fan of it being $16. But this also could be my frugal gluttonous self.
Another thing that shocked us was the wait time. We got our food maybe 5 mins after ordering ? This felt sketchy and also really good ! Haha. It's not often you get your food so quickly. And it was a pretty busy. We will have to keep going to see if this is their norm or if we just got lucky.

We finally got to try this place. We were not disappointed. We all tried something different. I had the Patty Melt, my oldest had the Chicken Parm Hoagie and my youngest had the American Philly. When we walked in we were told to sit wherever we would like. They have tables inside and outside, they have high tops and a bar. We chose a table and the menus were brought right over and our orders taken. We got there a little after 1pm and it was busy but not packed. A lot of To-Go orders were being picked up. Our food was brought out and the sandwiches were very tasty. The only two things that weren't great were the French fries were not salted very well, and the sautéed onions on my Patty Melt were far from being sautéed more like freshly cut. And it did seem like our waitress forgot about us at the end. We waited 10 minutes for the check to be brought out. But overall it was an enjoyable meal. The food was good and overall the service was good. We will be going back.
