Jason Bethune and his wife Dawn have always had a love affair with ice cream. Some of Jason’s earliest childhood memories are sitting on an old-fashioned hand crank ice cream maker on his Grandparents farm, making homemade ice cream from ingredients sourced right on the farm.
OUR MISSION
In 2021, Jason and Dawn decided it was time to return to their roots. Their only hope is to bring smiles to the faces of everyone in their community through homemade ice cream made from local ingredients.
The Parlour Ice Cream isn’t just about crafting incredible homemade ice cream, we represent the idea that passionate roots stay with us our entire lives, and eventually lead us home. Home for us will always be ice cream. It will always call us back to the old-fashioned hand crank ice cream maker on our Grandparents farm. That is what drives us to buy local, source ingredients for sustainability, and above all to consistently challenge ourselves in both quality and creativity.

Delicious ice cream!! 😆🍦🍧🍨❄️ So happy a homemade ice cream place opened at the town center, excellent addition to the shops here. Only downside is they don't open until 1:00pm, but they do stay open late until 9:00pm. They have a big selection of classic & more unique flavors like lavender honey (yum!), cookie monster that's blue, French toast that tastes freshly baked, and several vegan options too! Very hard to find vegan options that tastes creamy and these do. I tried the passion fruit guava and it's an instant favorite 🤤 Highly recommend and their prices are reasonable too $6 regular size gives 2 huge scoops! Friendly servers and very clean place to boot. I live around here and shop in the town center often, plan to come back here frequently 😊
Amazing ice cream! Unlike any other ice cream you can get in Florida. It is so creamy and flavorful. Highly recommend the honey lavender ice cream! It is such a unique and earthy flavor and so so good. You can even buy by the pint or quart to take home and it is just as good (and cost effective) to do it that way!
UNBELIEVABLY GOOD ICECREAM!! I drive all the way from Ocoee for this awesomeness! Ive taken my kids and my wife here multiple times. What an awesome setting in a great location. Very friendly staff. They have every freaking flavor you could ever want. Everything is made in the house with fresh homemade ingredients this is not your store-bought junk. You will not be disappointed! My favorite ice cream is the black cherry but it’s very hard to say no to any milkshake they have. They are all simply amazing!
Great little ice cream shop. Lots of flavors to choose from. They even have an ice cream flight to try up to six different flavors. In addition, they offer samples so you can make sure you choose the perfect flavor for your evening.
Great ice cream flavors, generous scoops, and friendly service in a very pedestrian-friendly area. The French Toast ice cream definitely tastes like French toast! The Cookie Monster is excellent, but my favorite is definitely the chunky and flavorful Peanut Butter Chocolate. The sundae is quite a bit, and could easily be shared by two (if I had a little more self-restraint). It's well worth the stop.
