In 2021, Jason and Dawn decided it was time to return to their roots. Their only hope is to bring smiles to the faces of everyone in their community through homemade ice cream made from local ingredients.
The Parlour Ice Cream isn’t just about crafting incredible homemade ice cream, we represent the idea that passionate roots stay with us our entire lives, and eventually lead us home. Home for us will always be ice cream. It will always call us back to the old-fashioned hand crank ice cream maker on our Grandparents farm. That is what drives us to buy local, source ingredients for sustainability, and above all to consistently challenge ourselves in both quality and creativity.
