Maki Hibachi is a must try, the food, the service, the ambience, and the people who run it are incredible. We love around the corner as have been going for years, on a weekly basis and no matter who is serving us, they have our order mesmerized and it’s delivered impeccably every time we sit down. The food is fresh, my favorite is the urban poke bowl, and the land and sea with shrimp, but everything is incredible. Another favorite is the beauty and the beast roll. Stop by and let them know Holly & Mikhail sent you, and enjoy some hot sake to boot. You won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant has a great atmosphere! You can watch the cooks preparing the food if you sit at the bar. The service was great, and the food came out quickly, even though they were busy.
We ordered a Shrimp Tempura Roll, a Spicy Tuna Roll, and the Land & Sea Hibachi with Steak/ Scallops. Everything was delicious!! You cannot go wrong here. I would highly recommend

This place is really good! I got the Mexican roll and my bf got the voodoo roll and they were both soooo yummy. The presentation was even cute. This restaurant itself is very elegant and modern feelings. The food was also a reasonably good price, 2 rolls and a beer was about $27. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been a customer since the doors have opened and I can honestly say this is my Favorite Hibachi and sushi spot. And believe me I’ve tried most of them in the city.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the experience with take out is not the same as dine in. With take out the food portions are never consistent, and they don’t cook the food like you request. And my salads NEVER seem to be fresh when I take out.
I will most likely continue to eat here because the customer service is amazing, the atmosphere is so peaceful and the food is amazing when you dine in.
Will never do take out again it’s a waste of money.

Love this classy new sushi spot! The ambiance was perfect, sushi was very fresh and plenty of different options to choose from. Definitely interested to try the hibachi next time! Pictured below is the Tuna kobachi (which I will always order as my appetizer there because it was that good!) and Family Moriawase for 4 (It comes with two boats filled with sashimi, nigiri and a few specialty rolls.) We were so full and satisfied with the quality and price point!
