This was one of the better dinners we have had lately. The location is kind of tucked away in a plaza but that means they have plenty of parking. The plaza has businesses at different levels, however the restaurant is on the first floor.
We were immediately greeted when we walked in and the service continued to be amazing.
We ordered the sausage bites appetizer. I'm not usually a sausage fan but I absolutely loved that appetizer. I ordered the Jilly Bucket with Bayou Love Seasoning at Medium (not super spicy at medium). The bucket was amazing. The dish is swimming in butter, which gave the bucket a ton of flavor. But don't worry, they have bibs available lol
We ordered the tacos and those were impressive in both size and taste. I was also pleasantly surprised with their Cabernet.
We wrapped it up with their chocolate cake. Split three ways it was still plenty for us.
I would definitely recommend checking them out.

One of the better meals I've had in the area. I'm Louisiana born and lived in Charleston SC all summer 2021-i developed an incredible craving for Cajun seafood boil- until 2021 I didn't like seafood minus the odd tuna sandwich. I came intending to get a boil bucket of shrimp and ended up getting the fish and chips and wow I'll be back. Fries were thick and crispy and the fish was fresh hot crispy light- not greasy- and 3 MASSIVE pieces. So much I had to take 2 pieces home. My friend got the chicken envie and oh boy that lemon sauce.. they need to sell it as a side and to go over the fish. I was literally scraping the sauce off the plate to go with my fried fish! The rice was spicy and well seasoned in a good way- I'm a spice wimp. Nothing was overly salty and our server Amber C I think was delightful. Restaurant was clean bathrooms were clean everyone was wonderful. I'll be returning to try the rest of the menu for sure!

Fire on the Bayou is a hidden treasure! Who would have thought that someone would have carved out a delicious slice of New Orleans and dropped it into an office park in Orange City, FL?! My lunch companion spent decades in The Big Easy; her seal of approval was all I needed to whet my appetite for some Cajun cuisine.
Amber was our friendly and attentive server who delivered our wonderful meal and checked back on us just the right amount. My friend had the fish and chips - there was enough for two. I opted for the steak and shrimp tacos with voodoo sauce. We finished with a generous piece of key lime pie and two spoons. Absolutely perfect!
The decor is so entertaining. The ambience is casual and welcoming. I will be back on a mission to experience the gumbo (and virtually everything else on the menu) over the coming year!

This is a super unique find. We love seafood and decided to give this a try. For appetizers, we got onion rings and fried mushrooms. Right off the bat, it was obvious this was homemade. The sriracha ranch was great, just a hint of spice. The onion ring sauce was more mild and a little thicker consistency. We had a party of three. One person got the Vader burger and it was an instant hit. One person got the Jilly bucket, mild with garlic butter. Everything was cooked perfectly and there was more than enough food. I got the seafood platter, it came with oysters, shrimp, white fish and wedge fries. It was so much food,I had to take it home. The tartar sauce was also homemade and was so good. The online menu didn't seem to have as many options as the in person menu, I'm not sure if it's a seasonal thing. More than enough food for anyone, I probably could've shared my platter. All of the walls are covered in unique art and for a Wednesday night, the restaurant was packed. Definitely coming back.

First time eating here. I have to say that the food was great! Had the little sausage bites..they had a little sweet with each bite. Husband got the shrimp and grits, he said the grits were great! I had the Vader burger, I give that burger a 10/10 ! Over all, definitely will be back!
