This spot has the BEST food!! We tried the Taste of NOLA, the shrimp and grits, and the fried green tomatoes. EVERYTHING was delicious and the portions were huge!! Such good quality food, and large amounts for a great price! The service was also outstanding, felt like I was at home! Cant wait till my next trip to Florida to visit this spot again!

Fire on the Bayou is a nice place, I was pretty impressed by the food and drinks. My favorite thing that I tried was the shrimp and grits, but the Taste of Nolan is great if you're indecisive and want to try a few things. They have a pretty diverse menu, which I liked. The service was a bit slow but our server was on her first day. We came on a Thursday night and there was no wait for a table.

Trendy spot with a true Nola vibe. Service friendly and efficient, craft cocktails on point. We ordered several dishes and had no complaints about any of them. We would certainly go back and would feel very happy recommending Fire on the Bayou to anyone who has not been

Great themed restaurant not far off the freeway. The food was simply delicious. We ordered the shrimp and grits and couldn't be happier. We brought our one year old daughter and the staff were very attentive to our needs while dining with a child. The restrooms were very clean and tidy. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely be stopping by again.

First time here and loved it. The food is delicious!!! Service was excellent. New Orleans type atmosphere. Also this was my first time trying crawfish... I'm a fan now. Will definitely be coming back.
Update: we went back again and loved it even more if that's possible! Chef David is incredible. Get the Mardi Gras pasta for sure!!
