I would give 4.5 if I could; don't give 5 star reviews often but that shouldn't be taken as a negative. My wife and I shared the fish collars (tilefish was the fish of the day), she had the Fish Dinner (includes 2 sides) and I had the Local Fish Francaise. All our food was very good and the portions were generous. She had one beer and I only had club soda so my only observation is that $150 (including tip) is a fair bit more than we'd usually pay for dinner.

We ate at Millie’s three years ago and it was so good that when we were back in the area, we had to go again. We were not disappointed. We both had the blackened black grouper. I love that golden beets were an option as a side. Everything here is so fresh. I highly recommend it!

The food is amazing. Tried their fish jaw and the gator ribs which were amazing for appetizers. Then tried their special of the day with steak and scallops. Really liked the food and how we made to temprature it was. The service was fantastic. The location is acceptable. The ambiance is great with the outdoors seating with partial ocean view. Will come again.

Pleasantly surprised by the food served at Millie’s. The smoked fish dip was amazing. We ordered Millie’s burger and the portions were huge. The Florida sweet rum bbq burger is another ‘must try.’ We’ll definitely visit this restaurant again.

This place was recommended to us and we didn’t even realize until after we finished our meal this was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives! What a treat!
We shared the goat cheese and fig appetizer which was divine. Then we shared the Florida sweet rum bbq burger which was also amazing. They even cut our burger for us and set it and fries on two different plates.
The house made sangria was great and definitely had that apple spice flavor. They also feature local beers.
We sat outside on the deck as it was a beautiful day. Note - the deck is next to the parking lot and it’s across the street from the beach so you can just see a little bit of the water.
Love that this is family-owned and farm/ocean to table.
