We only go for the brunch on the weekends!!! And it's always a time!!! The DJ is awesome. Keep the crowd in tune!! It's always a TIME!!!! The food isn't all that, but the customer service is great! No long wait. The drinks will have you leaning!!!

While visiting Orlando and walking downtown we came across Mai Tai. We were looking for a good brunch spot , heard the music and decided to check it out. The DJ was on point! The food was 'ok', service was good. Overall it was a vibe! Definitely going back when in Orlando again. Great brunch concept 👌

TLDR: 7PM Saturday night, it was empty... and for many reasons. Poor food, worse service, and glaring TVs in your face.
Atmosphere: basic but with TVs everywhere. Distracting and low class.
Service: We were literally the only ones in the restaurant any food took over 40 minutes to be served. Drinks took 10 minutes and never a refill in sight. We had to ask for silverware and got plasticware.
Food: just terrible. Super salty. Not just, I like less salty food. Like take a bite and cough salty. All four of us were dying hungry and were late for a show, otherwise we would have walked out. Also, terrible for vegans. Clearly lots of cross contamination.

We were immediately greeted by the hostess warmly, and also as the server her service was very good and timely. That’s where the good basically ends. The music was a bit too loud, and mostly pop, rap and hip-hop. The table was wobbly. And l noticed other tables around us had food particles on them (pictured), and we were the only ones there. And the windows were filthy (also pictured). My wife and l did enjoy the appetizers, spring rolls and crab ragoon. My wife did enjoy her fried rice and tofu, and l liked the flavor of the rice. My duck did come out hot, but was a little dry and bland. And the vegetables were not equally hot. Actually lukewarm at best, and the rice was dry. And l almost forgot, they give you plasticware to eat with… I’m sorry, but l am not able to recommend this place to anyone.

Make sure you read the reviews of a place before you show up. It’s my birthday. Waited 30 minutes for service. Was told in order to have mimosas you have to order food. Ordered 4 mimosas received 2 bottles, charged as 4 unlimited mimosas. THEN not told that the place was closing in an hour. So what unlimited mimosas did we have? Y’all charged me for food y’all didn’t have. The place opened at 1pm and closed at 3:30pm. You addressing it with your server isn’t going to change or fix anything. She should’ve been had that training. If y’all told us y’all were closing in 30 minutes why is she advertising unlimited mimosas and not coming to our table to refresh bottles? Yeah y’all got that.
