Wanted a burger and I live nearby. I've been to this location in the past and had good experiences before. Today was a little different walking into the door and nearly got knocked out by the smell.
Smelled like a jiffy lube of tires and motor oil. The young man that took our ordor looked like he had better things to do instead of take our order.
Food was good and my only critique was that my burger was not seasoned.
Ill probably be back but probably as takeout.
The other recent reviews said the bathroom was not maintained and didn't have a functional sink so that worries me a tad as well to be honest.

Stopped by a few days ago and ordered a bacon double and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Nice and juicy, cooked perfectly. I bragged to my wife about it and had to go get a couple burgers for dinner today and they were know where near as good as the first time. Burgers were way overcooked and very dry. I was very disappointed. I never post reviews normally. I would not have accepted this if I was dining in. I will give it another try and I'll be dining in just in case in comes out like it did tonight. 😤

Always love their burger & fries. Juicy burgers, pickles are REALLY good, actual thick sliced tomato, actual leaf of lettus.
DO eat over your basket.
DO have 2-3 napkins.
OR you WILL drip yummy juice in your lap.
Just found the Waterford Lakes location. For non-beef people they have Cobb Salad, chicken or turkey burgers as well as a black bean burger. Shakes are excellet too. Only suggestion - furnish wet wipes for cleaning up hands after.
A Double Classic with fries and bottle of water ran me just over $17. Never had a bad meal at SmashBurger! Pic is all that was left when done eating. 😄

Delicious burger! My first try at smashburger and it was delicious! A menu full of options i’ll have to come back to try. The brisket was incredible! Clean store, fast food delivery and good service!

Service was slow, employees very rude and wouldn't replace my burger the burnt. Saying it comes like that. Waisted $17 be careful. In the picture is the cheese.
